Information Campaign of the European Consumer Centre of Greece on the air passengers rights
The European Consumer Centre of Greece and the Independent Authority “Consumers Ombudsman” launch an information campaign for consumers on ”Air Passenger Rights”.
The campaign starts on September 21, 2015 and will last until October 5, 2015. It includes a series of actions aimed at informing air passengers about their rights as consumers and about friendly and extra-judicial settlement of their consumer disputes.
The central event of the campaign will be held at Athens International Airport “El. Venizelos” (Air Passengers Rights Days) on 28 and 29 September 2015, between 12:00 to 16:00. During the two-day event, all guests and passengers of the International Airport “El. Venizelos”, especially Greeks and EU citizens, including citizens of Norway and Iceland will have the opportunity to be informed about the services the Network of European Consumer Centres.
Also, as part of the campaign launched a contest at facebook page of the European Consumer Centre of Greece, with a maturity of September 21, 2015 to 5 October 2015.
Finally, throughout the duration of the campaign, at the offices of the European Consumer Centre of Greece consumers can be informed about their rights as passengers.
