Mrs Eleni Pappa is a graduate of the University of Pireaus of the Informatics Department and a holder of an Msc in Management of Information Systems from the University of Southampton of England.

She has been a senior administrator in the Greek Consumer Ombudsman since 2007. She has been a case handler of the European Consumer Centre of Greece since 2021.
