Dr. Evanthia Kardoulia – Legal advisor & case handler

Dr. Evanthia Kardoulia holds a Ph.D. in Law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, a Master's degree in Tourism Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. 

She works as a Legal Advisor ​at​ the Hellenic Consumers' Ombudsman and the European Consumer Cent​re of Greece (ECC-Greece).  With regards to her academic experience, she is a Lecturer in Tourism Law at the School of Economics, Business and Computer Science of the Neapolis University Pafos. 

In the past, she has worked as a legal counsel at companies and as a lawyer at several law firms in Athens and Paris. Additionally, she has worked at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and at the European Commission in Brussels and specifically at the Passenger Rights Unit of the Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport.

She has participated in conferences in Greece and abroad and has published articles in Greek and international law journals, mainly on issues concerning consumer protection law, tourism law and aviation law. 

Dr. Evanthia Kardoulia is fluent in Greek (native), English, French and Spanish.
