Mrs Maria Dimitrakopoulou is a graduate of the School of Economic and Political Sciences of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She is an employee in the Greek Consumer Ombudsman since 2007. She is an employee in the office of Director of the Greek European Consumer Centre since 2009 and a case handler since 2018 until today. She is local administrator of the European Commissions' ODR Platform since 2018.
