The Delegation of the European Commission in Greece organized the annual meeting of the European Information Network Europe DIRECT. The meeting took place at the European Parliament Information Office for Greece on March 29-30, 2012.

At the beginning of the two-day meeting, in which representatives of the European Information Centers, European Documentation Centers and Team Europe (TEAM EUROPE) participated, the heads of the Delegation of the European Commission and the Information Office of the European Parliament in Greece addressed a greeting, Mr. Panos Karvounis and Leonidas Antonakopoulos respectively.

The meeting was also attended by the Assistant Consumer Advocate and Acting Deputy Director of the European Consumer Center of Greece, Mrs. Vasiliki Bolou , who presented the activities of the Network of European Consumer Centers as well as the institution's presence in Greece.
